Thank you for shopping with Laeneer. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders for our electronic beauty essentials, including electric toothbrushes and facial electric masks.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on:

  • Weekends

  • Public holidays

You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order and a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier services.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Local Orders (South Africa): 5–18 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Package size and weight

  • Selected shipping method

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on the website.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you may receive a tracking number via email or SMS, depending on the courier service used.

Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.

5. Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Courier disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs clearance

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by customers

  • High order volumes during holidays or promotions

6. Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • Orders returned to us may require repayment of shipping costs before reshipment

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the courier, Laeneer is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the courier service first. You may also contact us and we will do our best to assist.

8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the package and product

We will review the issue and assist with a replacement or refund where applicable.

9. International Shipping & Customs

International customers may be responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Additional clearance fees

These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are not included in product or shipping prices.
