Welcome to Laeneer. We value your trust and want you to feel confident shopping with us. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work for our electronic beauty essentials, including products such as electric toothbrushes and facial electric masks.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 48 hours of receiving your order if:

  • The item is defective or damaged

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for used personal care products unless the item is faulty.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used electric toothbrushes

  • Used facial masks or skincare devices

  • Products with broken hygiene seals

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

3. Damaged or Faulty Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or does not work properly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos of the product

Once approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement product

  • Store credit

  • A full or partial refund

5. Refunds

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours

  • Banks and payment providers may take additional time to process refunds

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

8. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
